New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements
- The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- The applicant must have completed at least 40 hours of approved real estate courses at an approved real estate school before applying.
- Salesperson applicants need to provide a signed statement from the real estate broker they will be affiliated with, stating that the applicant is of good moral character and is trustworthy.
- Applicants must have no record of unprofessional conduct.
New Hampshire Real Estate Broker License Requirements
- Under some circumstances, the Commission will accept an experience equivalent.
- Broker license applicants are required to successfully complete 60 hours of approved real estate education courses.
- All active applicants need to submit a Surety Bond for at least $25,000.
- Inactive licenses do not need to provide the Surety Bond.
New Hampshire Has Reciprocal Agreements With:
Anyone holding licenses from any of these states may apply for a reciprocal license, and may be able to forego some classroom work and other requirements.
