New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements

  • The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The applicant must have completed at least 40 hours of approved real estate courses at an approved real estate school before applying.
  • Salesperson applicants need to provide a signed statement from the real estate broker they will be affiliated with, stating that the applicant is of good moral character and is trustworthy.
  • Applicants must have no record of unprofessional conduct.

New Hampshire Real Estate Broker License Requirements

 
  • Under some circumstances, the Commission will accept an experience equivalent.
  • Broker license applicants are required to successfully complete 60 hours of approved real estate education courses.
  • All active applicants need to submit a Surety Bond for at least $25,000.
  • Inactive licenses do not need to provide the Surety Bond.
